Airport Meeting Service:

On Feb. 23 (Fri), and 24 (Sat), our staff will meet you at both Narita and Haneda Airports unless you arrive extremely early/late hours.　They direct you to the limousine bus bound for Shinagawa Prince Hotel or any other hotel.

Those who arrive earlier than Feb. 23, please make your own way to Shinagawa Prince Hotel.  It is not difficult.  Just buy a limousine bus ticket bound for "Shinagawa Area Hotel" and take the bus at a designated bus stop.  The bus stops at Shinagawa Prince Hotel along with other hotels.

From Haneda Airport, take local train to Shinagawa.

Registration for overseas couples:

Please register at the Tokyo Open Information Desk located at the 2nd floor of the official hotel (Shinagawa Prince Hotel) on Feb. 24 (Sat).   The desk is open from 9am to 9pm. 

Please pay your starting fees -- 40 Euro or JPY 5,000 per category at the Desk and receive necessary information.

Number Tag will be passed out on Feb. 25 (Sun) in the venue, at the floor-side Information Desk..

Couples who do not stay in the official hotel may register in the morning of Feb. 25 (day of the competition) at the Information Desk in the competition venue (Tokyo Metropolitan Gymnasium).

1 minute walk from JR( Japan Railway) Shinagawa Station

From Narita Airport direct bus services to Shinagawa Prince Hotel are available.

From Haneda Airport, local train services to Keikyu Railway Shinagawa Station are available.

Shuttle bus services are available from the official hotel to the venue and return..

Couples not staying in the official hotels are also welcome to use the shuttle bus free of charge.

Or, you can make your own way to the venue by train.

All overseas competitors are requested to join the Grand Ceremony scheduled around 4pm.
